Chardonnay

Gevinifieerd uit de meest legendarische wijngaarden van Zuid-Stiermarken op koraalkalksteengrond. Het ruikt naar rijpe appel, citrusfruit en paardenbloemwortel. De wijn is slank en licht, met een uitnodigende zuurgraad en een zout-minerale afdronk.

Na natuurlijke spontane gisting 18-24 maanden rijping op grote neutrale eikenhouten vaten, ongefilterd gebotteld.

Chardonnay

Vinified from the most legendary south styrian vineyards of Coralline limestone soil. It smells like ripe apple, citrus fruit, and dandelion root. The wine is slender and light, with welcoming acidity and salty-mineral aftertaste.

After natural spontaneous fermentation 18-24 months maturation sur lie in big neutral oak casks, bottled unfiltered.
